CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The ex-wife of the late NASCAR driver Greg Biffle has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against multiple parties following the December 2025 private jet crash that killed seven people, including her 14-year-old daughter Emma Elizabeth Biffle.
Nicole Biffle, administrator of her daughter’s estate, filed the complaint in Iredell County Superior Court on May 13, alleging negligence and gross negligence led to the fatal crash near Statesville Regional Airport on Dec. 18, 2025.
