MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mount Vernon man is charged with manslaughter after Mobile Police said he was driving more than 100 miles per hour before a deadly crash on Airport Boulevard.
The crash killed 54-year-old Stacey Neese, who was on her way to work. Neese’s brother, Jake May, said he remembers Stacey as someone who brought joy to everyone around her.
“She always smiles, no matter what she was going through,” May said. “She always was smiling. She had a glow on her like no other, I promise you that.”
