Police in Philadelphia have revealed the identities of a man and an officer who were involved in a scuffle that led to a shooting in Kensington last weekend.
According to police, 36-year-old Sgt. William Kolb was on patrol in the area of Kensington Avenue and Hart Lane around 10:22 a.m. on May 23, 2026, when he was flagged down by a person.
