FONTANA, CA — A traffic stop by California Highway Patrol law enforcement resulted in citations for an unlicensed motorist who was documented traveling 36 miles per hour over the posted speed limit with an infant passenger in the vehicle.
Officer Mcneeley of the Morongo Basin California Highway Patrol Division initiated the traffic stop after observing a vehicle traveling at 91 miles per hour in a designated 55 miles per hour speed zone. Upon contacting the operator of the vehicle, the officer discovered that the driver did not possess a valid driver’s license.
