TOLEDO, Ohio — Two teenagers were arrested Friday morning after police said they attacked a 35-year-old and took an iPhone.
According to a report, officers responded to the intersection of Starr Avenue and Potter Street around 11:30 a.m. after receiving a call for shots fired. They arrived on scene and found “chaos in the street,” according to a report.
