AKRON, Ohio — Toledo Edison customers could see their electric bills gradually increase over the next three years if Ohio regulators approve a new rate plan filed by FirstEnergy.
FirstEnergy’s Ohio electric companies – Toledo Edison, Ohio Edison and The Illuminating Company – recently filed their first Three-Year Rate Plan with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
