CANYON, Texas (KFDA) – The Texas Department of Transporation says construction will begin Monday on pedestrian safety upgrades in two areas of Canyon.
The city of Canyon is partnering with contractor STX Civil to implement the upgrades in two different phases.
Phase one will take place on 8th Street from 4th Avenue to 9th Avenue and along 9th Avenue from 8th Street to 10th Street.
