AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – One man was indicted in Amarillo Federal Court on Thursday on two counts related to alleged marijuana trafficking, according to court documents.
Xavier Rey Vasquez was indicted on one count of “Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana” and one count of “Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime.”
Court documents said Vasquez’s charges stem from an April incident in which he was allegedly found to have “a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount” of marijuana for distribution, as well as a semiautomatic handgun in relation to that distribution…
