PETROS, Tenn. (WATE) — Part of State Route 116 is closed in Anderson County after a section near the Petros community washed away due to heavy rains, the Tennessee Department of Transportation said Saturday morning.
TDOT shared a picture showing heavy damage to the road. A spokesman added that crews plan to do repairs Saturday.
