BELLEVILLE, Ill. — Friday morning multiple agencies conducted search and recovery efforts for a Metro East man who has been missing for more than a week.
According to Lt. James Hendricks with the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department, 64-year-old Douglas “Scott” Litsey was last seen May 21 in the 200 block of Hazel Avenue in the Signal Hill neighborhood of Belleville.
“We did have a couple of false sighting reports,” Hendricks said. “We’ve checked those and verified that was not him.”…
