NEW ORLEANS — Larry Barabino Jr. is set to resign as CEO of the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission (NORD), according to city officials.
Barabino has led the agency twice; he became director in the summer of 2006 under Mayor C. Ray Nagin, before he left in 2009 to take on consulting and other work in the city.
