(WJAR) — Saturday’s fast-moving storm left thousands without power and blocked roadways across Rhode Island, prompting residents to take recovery efforts into their own hands.
The high winds uprooted massive trees in neighborhoods across the state, creating road hazards and lots of clean up for residents.
