WALDORF, Md. — Two Waldorf residents were charged after police located a Ford F-150 reported stolen from Prince George’s County at a 7-Eleven in Waldorf, according to charging documents.
Ionta Eugene Proctor, 41, of Waldorf, and Alize Margaret Phipps, 23, of Waldorf, are each charged with theft of $1,500 to under $25,000.
