ROMULUS, MI – A proposed $3 billion sports and entertainment complex in Romulus remains in the conceptual stage, with city officials indicating the project has not yet formally entered the city’s review process.
“I have not received any official submittals or anything,” Romulus Building Official Jeff Kemp Jr. told commissioners during a May 18 Planning Commission discussion about Motown Sports Village.
