Clarksville leaders weigh property tax increase, officials warn of $21M budget gap

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Clarksville city leaders are considering a proposed 31-cent property tax increase as officials say the city’s rapid growth, rising costs and long-term financial obligations are putting increasing pressure on the budget.
