Authorities in Southern California are warning parents about the dangers of teens illegally riding e-bikes and e-motorcycles, especially when young riders attempt to flee police.
Video released by the Fontana Police Department shows two riders on e-motorcycles speeding through the Hunter’s Ridge neighborhood on May 21.
