Remember those Millcreek Mall Flock cameras we told you about? Well, they recently helped to solve a crime, returning a stolen vehicle to its rightful owner
That’s according to the Pennsylvania State Police, who said those Flock cameras led to the arrest of an Erie man who they said stole more than five vehicles and broke into many others, stealing items inside.

State police said the cameras helped them to identify 39-year-old Joseph Arciulo, who on May 10 allegedly stole a van which was later recovered unoccupied behind the TownPlace Suites by Marriott, behind the Millcreek Mall.
The suspect was located shortly after, leading police on a high-speed, multi-agency chase through Erie County.
