HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An 18-year-old from Owensboro was pronounced dead following a drowning at Rock Quarry in Marshall County.
Rock Quarry was shut down on Sunday for divers to attempt a recovery after the Owensboro teen did not surface above 95-feet of water. It was confirmed through Marshall County Emergency Management that the drowning victim was recovered on Monday
