New Initiative Seeks Community Input on Erie Issues

The City of Erie is partnering with Change.org to launch a new initiative aimed at gathering community-driven solutions to local challenges.

The program, called Civic Dialogues, will give residents an opportunity to share ideas, voice concerns, and participate in discussions about the future of Erie.

From now until June 28, 2026, residents can submit ideas for positive change and respond to suggestions from their neighbors through the Ideas for Change platform.

After collecting feedback, Change.org will identify the topics that resonate most with participants and assemble a group of residents from across the city to develop those ideas into actionable proposals.

Using online forums and virtual dialogues, the Ideas for Change initiative aims to identify the issues that matter most to residents and find areas of consensus that can help guide future decisions by elected officials and community leaders…
