OCALA, FL (352today.com) – A 68-year-old Ocala woman was arrested after Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies said she repeatedly called 911 because a local bar refused to serve her a Jell-O shot.
Diane Blalock was taken into custody Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Nowhere Bar on SW 27th Avenue. Deputies said Blalock called 911 multiple times requesting law enforcement assistance after a bar would not provide her with a Jell-O shot.
Dispatchers reportedly received at least three calls from Blalock seeking help obtaining alcohol. When attempts to contact her by phone were unsuccessful, a deputy was sent to the bar. Authorities said Blalock called 911 again while the deputy was enroute…
