LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Titan Investments, a Colorado-based developer, is looking to build a mixed-use student housing and retail complex at 201 Woodland Avenue, not far from Woodland Park.
Right now it’s a proposal for a seven-story building with 55 units. Developers believe the project could help with both UK student and everyday residential housing in the city.
One business owner in the area said she likes her current space and has concerns that if she moves back into the new proposed building, she’d have a smaller space to operate.
