Another repeat offender charged with breaking into downtown Austin grocery store

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Craig Staley, the owner of the Royal Blue Grocery Chain, said someone broke into both his East Sixth Street and West Third Street locations last month, once on May 17 and again the very next day.

“It’s very frustrating,” Staley said. “It’s tough in a time like this where economically we really can’t afford thee break-ins or thousands of dollars every time they happen.”
