BELLE ROSE, La. (WAFB) – Deputies said they’ve locked up a man accused of pouring gasoline in the doorway of a home in Belle Rose and then setting it on fire.
According to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office, Spencer Joseph, 65, is charged with aggravated arson of a inhabited dwelling.
