LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announced on Monday that his office had arrested a Little Rock woman for retail theft.
Griffin said 40-year-old Ebonie Louden of Little Rock was arrested after an investigation by his office’s Special Investigation Division. The investigation was triggered when the office was alerted on Oct. 8, 2024, about a theft suspect at the Little Rock Marshalls on Sept. 7, 16, 19, 23 and 28 and Oct. 3, 8 and 28.

Approximately $12,000 in goods were taken, officials said, prompting the office to request eight felony warrants for Louden on Nov. 8, 2024. On May 29 of this year, Louden was arrested by the Little Rock police for an unrelated theft, and the 2024 warrants were served on her.
Records show Louden remains in the Pulaski County Regional Detention Center and is facing charges of theft, fleeing, failure to appear and probation revocation, as well as the eight felony warrants. She is also being held for the Saline County Sheriff’s Office…
