ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A building that sat vacant for more than a decade along South Grand is being restored as part of a larger effort to create affordable housing in St. Louis.
The former Grandview Arcade building is part of the Marquette Homes project, a development taking on challenging properties in and around the Dutchtown neighborhood with a focus on creating affordable housing.
