SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Springfield police have arrested a man after being accused of firing a handgun at a park on Sunday, May 31.
According to online court dockets, Jeffrey McDaniel, born in 1968, of Springfield, has been charged with felonies of unlawful possession of a firearm, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and possession of a controlled substance. He has also been charged with a misdemeanor of unlawful discharge of a firearm.
