AT&T invests $1.9 billion in Indiana’s network infrastructure

INDIANAPOLIS — AT&T says it has invested $1.9 billion into networks across Indiana since 2021.

According to the company, the communities seeing the biggest impact include the Indianapolis-Carmel-Anderson market, Evansville, Fort Wayne, Bloomington, and Bedford. The investments range from $775 million to $25 million in each community.

In a press release, AT&T says its impact can be seen in expanded wireless connectivity, increased access to high-speed broadband and an enhanced first responders network called “FirstNet.”…
