ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Dozens of cars in the Central West End were broken into Sunday morning.
The Central West End Neighborhood Security Initiative said security reported about 30 car windows busted out at Laclede and Taylor Sunday morning around 2:30 am.
