SEDGWICK COUNTY—A man accused in a deadly knife attack was back in court last week for an arraignment hearing.
Edward A. Millan-Volcan, 26, of Wichita, pleaded guilty to first degree felony murder and attempted first degree murder in connection with the July 17, 2025, murder of Sinay, Y. Leon-Montoya and attempted murder of Germany Torres Figueroa, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
