CLEVELAND, Ohio — A new lawsuit accuses a Cleveland Clinic police officer of sexually assaulting a man who had just driven a shooting victim to the hospital.
The filing highlights an ongoing criticism of Cleveland Clinic’s police department, which has a practice of detaining and questioning people who bring in patients with gunshot wounds.
