KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Even after days of rainfall, experts say lake levels remain feet lower than usual.
The Tennessee Valley Authority’s River Forecast Center monitors water levels 24/7, tracking flood control, power generation, navigation, water supply, water quality and recreation.
