WINCHESTER, Ky. (WKYT) – The Winchester Police Department needs the public’s help in finding a theft suspect.
According to police, the male suspect was involved in a recent significant retail theft.
In a photo released by police, he is seen wearing a white hat with the Nike logo, a white T-shirt with the words “Just Do It” on it and silver athletic shorts.
