One day after a partial parking garage collapse killed three people and shook the neighborhood in Grays Ferry, Philadelphia’s License and Inspections issued violations to the general contractor and one subcontractor on the project.
The NBC10 Investigators found public city records that show the project’s general contractor, HSC Builders, received three violations related to the Grays Ferry project on April 9, 2026. The records show the violations are for working without a valid license, hiring an unlicensed subcontractor, and failure to upload all subcontractors.
