WORCESTER – A man who fatally shot a neighbor outside their Southgate Street apartment building after an argument about loud music has been sentenced to four to seven years in state prison, in a sentence the victim’s family describes as a “slap in the face.”
Enrique Antonio Canales, 27, pleaded guilty to manslaughter Tuesday, June 2, before Worcester Superior Court Judge James G. Reardon Jr.
