FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. – Recent videos that have gone viral show snakes all over a central Arkansas home. FOX 16 News has gotten the chance to learn more about the slithering squatters and why they might be trying to overrun the vacant home.
A local real estate agent caught the serpents as he was showing the home to a potential buyer. So, of course, he called out the experts.

Gary McKim, president of D&G Varmint Control, said that the snakes are black rat snakes, also known as chicken snakes, who showed up possibly to mate.
