SEYMOUR, Mo. — Seymour police have arrested a Howell County man after being accused of injuring a man while he was sleeping inside a vehicle.
According to online court dockets, Andrew Perry, born in 2007, of West Plains, has been charged with first-degree assault with serious physical injury in Webster County Circuit Court.
An officer notes in a probable cause statement that they responded to a gas station around 2:14 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, after a woman reported that Perry had dragged a man out of a vehicle.
