SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – In a First Alert Update, a Minnehaha County Judge has thrown out Sioux Falls mayoral candidate David Zokaites’ lawsuit.

Zokaites filed a 251-page lawsuit last week alleging years of civil rights violations, including unlawful stops, arrests, and First Amendment concerns.
In the dismissal, Judge Charles Kornmann states Zokaites’ lawsuit cited no applicable basis for federal jurisdiction.
