Jeffrey Willis, long convicted of two West Michigan murders, is scheduled to appear in person at the Muskegon County Courthouse later this month.

Willis returning to seek new trials
Willis is serving life sentences for the 2013 kidnapping and killing of Jessica Heeringa, a gas station attendant in Norton Shores whose body has never been found, in addition to the killing of Bletsch.
