Kern County Admin Center stays open for voting amid bomb threat, traffic likely affected

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Officials said that the Kern County Administrative Center, located at 1115 Truxtun Avenue, remains open for voting and ballot drop-off services. However, due to heavy police presence at the Chase Bank on 17th Street and Chester Avenue, traffic in the area could be affected.
