The former chief meteorologist at WSFA, Josh Johnson, has filed a federal lawsuit seeking to get out of a one year non-compete clause he argues is too broad and restrictive.
Johnson filed the lawsuit against Gray Media or WSFA in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama Northern Division on Tuesday.
Johnson announced that he was resigning in April and his final day was May 29, just a few days prior to the complaint being filed…
