Plan for 10-story Ann Arbor high-rise with possible rooftop bar advances

ANN ARBOR, MI — A plan for a 10-story high-rise on the west side of downtown Ann Arbor where the Last Word bar and Live nightclub stand is headed to City Council.

The city’s Planning Commission voted 7-0 Tuesday night, June 2, to recommend council approval of the proposed mixed-use building at the southwest corner of First and Huron streets.
