Kern County Hall of Records, Recorder offices expected to reopen Wednesday afternoon

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Hall of Records and Kern County Recorder offices are expected to reopen Wednesday afternoon following a bomb threat and hostage situation at the Chase Bank building.

According to the county, both offices are closed to the public Wednesday morning but they are expected to open once the police department reopens the roads.
