CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A tiny kitten was rescued after it was trapped several feet below in a Clovis storm drain.
Clovis Animal Services said Wednesday that the tiny kitten, now named Stormy, was crying when a concerned resident heard her.
