HERNANDO, Miss. – A Memphis teenager will spend 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to an armed carjacking in Southaven, according to DeSoto County District Attorney’s Office.
A judge sentenced 17-year-old Larry Scruggs to 15 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, followed by 15 years of post-release supervision, with five years reporting.
