NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man is facing a charge of making a threat of mass violence against Nashville’s Music Row recently, according to an arrest affidavit.
Police said that on May 30, MNPD’s Security Threat Section was made aware of Matthew Hibbard, 35, allegedly making threats of mass violence through digital messaging.
