PENSACOLA, Fla. — A 73-year-old Pensacola man was caught on video shooting and damaging his neighbor’s truck, according to an arrest report.
Curtis Shine was arrested on May 25 on charges of:
- property damage over $1,000
- firing a weapon in public
- shooting into a vehicle
According to the arrest report, on May 13, the victim’s truck broke down on the highway. He discovered the radiator had a hole in it, which caused the engine to overheat.
The report states video surveillance from the day before showed Shine lingering around the truck with a gun in his hand. He looks into the windows before going to the front of the truck, bending over near the radiator and firing a shot. He then ran off towards his home on W Government Street…
