Dollar General is coming to Cheswick — the latest among more than a dozen locations in the Alle-Kiski Valley.
The discount store will take the place of a former Rite Aid along Pittsburgh Street that closed last summer in the midst of the pharmacy chain’s sudden bankruptcy.
A Dollar General spokesman said the company was “finalizing (its) due diligence phase” for the location, and the company anticipates breaking ground in the “coming weeks.”…
