(WJAR) — The East Providence City Council voted on Tuesday to ban electric bicycles from spaces in the city.
The ban includes city parks, recreation spaces, and sidewalks.
The first offense receives a $100 fine, a second-time offense gets a $250 fine, and third and subsequent offenses get a $500 fine and a temporary impoundment of the e-bike, according to a release from the city…
