Lincoln man found under bridge after police say he stole a vehicle, assaulted a woman

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Lincoln man was arrested on Tuesday after police say he stole a car and assaulted a woman.

Around 11:30 p.m., officers with the Lincoln Police Department were sent to the parking lot of a gas station near 27th and Superior streets.

LPD said the vehicle had been left running and unlocked with the keys inside as the driver, a 53-year-old Lincoln woman, went into the store…
