LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — With school out for summer, Las Vegas is reminding parents to keep the city’s youth curfew rules in mind before approving evening plans for anyone under 18.
A Las Vegas Municipal Code makes it unlawful for any minor under 18 who is not accompanied by a parent or guardian, and who is not engaged in any lawful occupation or on lawful business, to loiter, idle, wander, stroll or be in or upon any public streets or other public places in the city during certain overnight hours.
